Our Eye Doctors

Eye care professionals specialize in understanding how the human eye really works, as well as diseases and conditions that affect your vision – many of which do not have obvious symptoms. Eye doctors know how age and risk factors affect vision over time for young and old, and they understand the benefits and features of corrective lenses including eyeglasses and contacts.

Our optometrists take the time to explain the results of your eye exam, describe your options and listen to your eye care needs. Because maintaining good eye health is an ongoing partnership, we encourage you to ask questions and share your health information, which could be vital to monitoring, diagnosing and treating potential vision problems.

Dr. Ann Gallagher

Dr. Ann Marie Gallagher received her Bachelor of Science, Biology in 1991 (magna cum laude) from Loyola College in Maryland. She received her Doctor of Optometry degree (cum laude) from the Illinois College of Optometry in 1995. While there, she was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society....

Dr. Chryssa Bender

Dr. Chryssa Bender earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Susquehanna University graduating with honors in 2001. She then attended the Pennsylvania College of Optometry where she completed her Doctorate in Optometry with Summa Cum Laude honors in 2005. Upon graduation, Dr. Bender went on to pursue an ocular disease...

Dr. Susan Schultz

Dr. Susan B. Schultz is a Florida native and graduated with honors from Florida Institute of Technology in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology. After working a couple of years in the industry, she went on to optometry school at Nova Southeastern University in South Florida....

Until further notice, we will not be seeing patients for normal routine vision services. In case of a medical emergency, please call and our doctor will instruct you on how to proceed for any necessary treatment. We will have staffing for limited hours daily to deliver eyewear curbside that is currently on order. Please call our office at 410/465-6166 prior to arrival to ensure we are open.

We apologize for any inconvenience, however we feel this is for the safety of all parties involved considering the current medical situation. We will notify when we proceed back to normal daily operations.
