Wonderful customer service at the front of the house, on the phone, and from the opticians and eye doctor. I have a very serious prescription (I would be legally blind if it weren't correctable), which can present some challenges with filling my prescription for eyeglasses. I'm also a former optician myself (though I didn't let them know that), so I know the difference between a well-done job and a poor one when it comes to cutting lenses. I was able to speak directly with the opticians who cut the lenses, and they made recommendations, and filled the prescription wonderfully well. And they also did a rush job for me so that I would have my new glasses by the weekend! I am more than happy with my experience there and will be returning for a second pair of eyeglasses - Yelp Reviewer, Ellicott City.
