Every detail of my experience was exemplary. The eye exam was thorough. The doctor took time to answer every question I had. I did not feel rushed along. When I was choosing new frames, the employee took plenty of time with me and made several excellent suggestions (I purchased one of his recommended. When stuck between two choices, several other employees came offer to offer their opinion) I also ordered new lenses for my sunglasses & a spare pair. Another positive is that my new glasses & lenses were ready when promised - ten days. It only took about an hour to cut & insert the lenses into my other frames. I want to to lunch while this was happening & they phoned me when everything was ready! I’ve never had such a positive experience with an eye experience with an eye exam & eyeglass purchase. ——And I’ve had many!
